These homes will be sold via public auction on Tuesday 8 July 2025, from 5.30pm with a 6pm start at the Lismore Heights Sports Club.

A condition of the purchase is that homes are relocated to sites outside of Priority 1, 2 and 3 areas as mapped by RA. Mapping can be accessed from the RA website by clicking here together with additional information on the purchase and relocation process.


* Please Note, Inspections are permitted only during the times advertised, under the direction of the agent. Enclosed footwear must be worn on site. Houses only are being auctioned NOT LAND and you will need to liaise with the Reconstruction Authority regarding removal of the building from site.
