Once you have found your home and moved in, there is a link to our online tenant portal. The PropertyMe portal provides you a platform to access all your leasing information, this includes easily accessing all relevant leasing information like your ingoing report, previewing upcoming inspections, invoices, reporting maintenance and messaging your Property Manager directly.

New South Wales Department of Fair Trading Forms - Effective 19 May 2025


Below is a list of updated prescribed forms released by the NSW Department of Fair Trading.


These documents are intended to provide both tenants and landlords with clear, accessible information about their rights and responsibilities when preparing, signing tenancy agreements or ending a tenancy agreement.


Pet Application Form​
Please find below a link to the Apply To Keep A Pet Form. This document is used when you wish to apply to keep a pet in your rental property, note this needs to be completed in full and all tenants on the lease will need to sign this form.

​Early Exit Notice​
Please find below a link to the Early Exit Notice. This document is used if you wish to vacate before the end of a fixed term agreement, only if you have previously been served a termination notice from your landlord. Note inside this document are timeframes and conditions that apply to serving this notice.
